At TEGacademy, we are a team of learning and development specialists who are dedicated to helping people grow, work better together, and take ownership of their behaviours and decisions. We formed the TEGacademy because we wanted to create a space where learning feels practical, active, and grounded in the reality of modern organisational life.

Our work sits within TEG UK, an organisation with more than two decades of experience supporting large, complex businesses across the UK. TEG UK identifies the behavioural challenges, provides organisational analysis, and designs the overarching development frameworks. TEGacademy brings those frameworks to life through engaging, interactive workshops that give teams the chance to practise and embed the behaviours they need to succeed.

We work with engineers, managers, technical teams, operational staff, project leaders, new supervisors, and experienced professionals who want to perform with more confidence and clarity.
