How we work with you

TEGacademy works through a clear five-step engagement journey. It gives senior leaders, HR teams, L&D teams and operational sponsors a practical route from initial need to live delivery and measurable behavioural insight.

1. Scoping

We understand the challenge before we suggest the answer. We start with the context.

  • What is happening inside the organisation?
  • What pressure are leaders and teams facing?
  • Where is performance being affected by behaviour, communication, decision-making or trust?
  • What has already been tried?
  • What needs to change now?

This first stage helps us understand the real issue, not just the training request. It also helps us identify who needs to be involved, what success should look like, and whether TEGacademy is the right fit.

You walk away with: A clearer view of the challenge, the audience, the priority and the likely route forward.

2. Diagnostics

We look beneath the visible symptoms. Once the challenge is clear, we explore what sits underneath it.

That may include conversations with sponsors, team leads or selected participants.

It may include reviewing existing feedback, culture data, leadership priorities or operational pressures.

Where appropriate, it can also connect with TEGinsight to identify behavioural patterns and areas of drift. The aim is not to create a long report. The aim is to understand what is really driving the issue.

  • Is the problem role clarity?
  • Decision quality?
  • Trust?
  • Accountability?
  • Confidence under pressure?
  • A gap between stated standards and daily behaviour?

You walk away with: A practical diagnosis of the behaviours, risks and development priorities that need attention.

3. Design

We build the work around your environment. TEGacademy does not deliver off-the-shelf content and hope it fits.

We design programmes, workshops and simulations around the real operating context of your organisation.

That means the scenarios, pressure points, language and outcomes need to make sense to the people taking part. Engineers, supervisors, operational teams and senior leaders need to recognise their world in the session.

The design stage turns the diagnostic work into a practical development experience. This may include immersive workshops, leadership labs, decision-making simulations, team exercises, reflective work and behavioural measurement points.

You walk away with: A clear delivery plan, agreed outcomes, tailored content and a shared understanding of how the work will run.

4. Delivery

We create practical development that people can use. Delivery is active, structured and grounded in real work.

Participants do not sit through simulations for the sake of it. They practise behaviours, test decisions, work through pressure, challenge assumptions and see how their actions affect the wider system.

Sessions can support leaders at different levels, from new supervisors to senior managers. They can also work across functions, helping teams understand how decisions, communication and trust affect delivery.

Delivery always takes place in person.

You walk away with: Leaders and teams who have practised the behaviours needed in their real working environment, not just discussed them.

5. Review

We help you see what has changed and what needs attention next. Development does not disappear once the session ends. After delivery, we review what happened, what changed, and what still needs work. This includes TEGinsight which analyses participant feedback, sponsor conversations, behavioural observations and it produces a detailed report.

The review stage helps leaders make better decisions about what comes next.

  • Do you need deeper work with one leadership group?
  • Do you need a wider rollout?
  • Do you need to address one recurring behavioural pattern?
  • Do you need to support a team through a specific operational change?

The point is not to tick a box. The point is to learn, adjust and build momentum.

You walk away with: A clear view of progress, evidence of behavioural change, and practical recommendations for the next stage.

Built for organisations that need development to work

This process gives large organisations a clear route in. It helps sponsors understand the work before you commit. It helps participants see why the work matters. It helps senior leaders connect development activity to real organisational pressure. From first conversation to review, the focus stays the same.

What needs to change?

How do we make that practical?

How will you know it has worked?
